Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How far in advance should I book, and what areas do you cover?
We recommend booking at least 1 to 4 weeks before your event to guarantee availability. We cover events in Manjuyod, and neighboring towns across Negros Oriental. A downpayment perhaps is required to reserve your date. Please contact us in advance.
What is included in the Cathemo Photobooth packages?
Our photobooth packages include customized layout templates matching your event theme, high-speed physical prints (4R prints or photostrips), a backdrop, fun props, and an online drive link with all high-resolution photos post-event.
How long before we receive our edited event photos?
You will receive a sneak-peek gallery of select edited photos within 24 to 48 hours. The full collection of high-resolution edited photos is delivered via digital download or USB within 5 to 7 business days.
